ARMA 3 – 2020 Art of War Contest: Winners Revealed

Incredible work from the ARMA 3 Community

Bohemia Interactive and the ARMA team have announced the winners of the ARMA 3 2020 Art of War contest who’ll be included in the “Art of War” charity DLC, due to release later this year.

The charity DLC will feature assets created by the ARMA 3 team and those of the winning entries in a single-player scenario and showcases as part of an in-game virtual gallery designed by Bohemia Interactive. You can see all the incredible winning submissions on the contest winners announcement blog post.

Winners have been announced for the 2D Art and Screenshots categories. There was initially a 3D Art category as well, however very few entries were received for it so the Bohemia Interactive team said they didn’t feel comfortable awarding a winner for 3D Art. Instead all the participants in the 3D Art category received a participation prize in recognition of their efforts.

Bohemia Interactive have announced that 100% of their proceeds from the Arma 3 Art of War DLC (after taxes) will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to support their response to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as their continued humanitarian efforts in providing protection and assistance for victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence.

The Art of War Charity DLC is expected to sell for 2.99 USD / EUR / GBP, with two optional higher price tiers of 9.99 USD / EUR / GBP and 19.99 USD / EUR / GBP for those who wish to donate more. After being on sale for approximately 10 months, the Art of War DLC will become permanently free for all ARMA 3 players to enjoy, and Bohemia Interactive will announce the total donation raised.
